Economic Wellbeing

Sustainable economic wellbeing is essential for dignity, stability, and peace. RRUSA supports market-sensitive, conflict-aware livelihoods and economic recovery programs. These include cash-for-work, vocational training, business grants, savings groups, agricultural support, and access to financial services prioritizing women, youth, and displaced populations. We link economic interventions with social cohesion by supporting mixed-community cooperatives and shared market infrastructure. Our programs are designed to reduce negative coping mechanisms (e.g., child Labor), strengthen local economies, and build household resilience to shocks. By addressing root economic grievances and creating shared prosperity, economic wellbeing becomes a driver of peace, not just recovery.
